From day one, Frankie has been an absolute workhorse. The guy just shows up and gets it done, not many questions asked. Is he a little annoying sometimes? Yeah, sure… but in a way that somehow makes the day a little better. And if we’re being real, his work ethic completely overshadows any of those little outbursts anyway. More than that, Frankie genuinely makes the office a better place to be. He’s always bringing a positive attitude, cracking jokes, and keeping people smiling even on the days when we really need it. His energy and wit have been such a great addition to the team.
